Since our arrival back in the UK we have mainly been staying with Jon and Linda at Rackheath. They are kind enough to let us have full use of their house, treating it as a base while we get organised with appointments for ourselves and the van.
I had a cracking night out on Saturday with Katrina, where were wowed by the Wau Wau sisters (pronounced vow vow). I don't need to try and describe their show, you can see clips on You Tube. I loved their act, very different from the mainstream. I was a 'bit tired' yesterday as I quaffed Aspalls cider most of the night (as well as a couple during the day) and didn't really eat anything much. I also achieved a new milestone on Saturday and completed 10 miles of the coastal walk from Salthouse to Cromer in Norfolk. This is an annual event to remember our friend Jill who died of cancer 2 1/2 years ago. This is the furthest I have walked since the operations on my feet in 2010 and '11.
I recently attended a Travelwriting Workshop in London, hosted by Peter Carty. I rememeber him describing a blog as an on line diary. The only difference is that people will surreptitiously read a paper version and not bother with the electronic one.
I've set myself the task this week of completing the new Motorhomelifers website, so best I get on with it.
Uh oh-four mothers with babies in pushchairs have just arrived, let's hope I can stay focussed.
