The book is called, 'The Motorhome...what you need to know, before you go'. It's available to buy from Amazon and you can also order it from a book retailer. However, as it has only just been published it won't be on all their systems yet, so be patient.
If you would like to ask your local bookstore to order you a copy the ISBN is 978-0-9929612-4-4 and is reasonably priced at £6.99.
Alongside all the excitement with the book, I keep forgetting that I'm running my first ever half marathon on Sunday. I've never done anything like this before and I'm quite nervous at the prospect. I managed to plod along for two hours last Monday and my legs started working properly again on Thursday. I keep trying to calculate if they'll have had enough recovery time after 13 miles on Sunday, to cope with a long haul flight on Wednesday, plus backpack load afterwards. Added to this heady mix is the round of farewells, which I enjoy immensely. Not the farewell part, but the excuse to socialise, and of course the side effect to this is weight gain and next to the slim framed folk of Bangladesh and the running fraternity, I'll look as though I've been inflated by a bicycle pump.
So, there we go, our news round up so far. Everyone we have spoken to about Bangladesh has an opinion but as none of them, (apart from our local curry house restauranteurs) have actually been, we're staying open minded and ready for the challenges ahead. As we're not the first, nor the last to visit, we're not pioneers by any stretch.
I'll be updating the blog when I can, so please come back soon and see how we're getting on.
